Auditions set for July 25th & 26th!
We have set auditions for our next production, the WORLD PREMIERE from local playwright, Nebbie Brown, “Live From Hollywood”!
Auditions will be Monday, July 25th from 7-9pm and Tuesday, July 26th from 7-9pm at Marysville Christian Church on 17000 Waldo Rd. in Marysville, Ohio (in the chapel).
Those interested in auditioning need only to attend one of the sessions where you will be doing a cold read. The cast features 9 males (8 adult, 1 late teen), 5 females (4 adult and one late teens). To see more information about the characters you can see their synopsis on the Auditions Page of our website. You will also need to bring a filled out audition form to the audition.
“Live From Hollywood”, our sixth production, will be staged September 23rd-25th, 2016 at Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Marysville. It is being directed by none other than the author himself, Nebbie Brown and Assistant Directed by Pete Edwards. Proceeds from this show will benefit New Path Pregnancy Resource Centers of Union County.
“Live From Hollywood” is the zany story of the cast and crew of a successful long-running 50’s style situation comedy, “Pryde and Joy”. After working together for an extended period of time, everyone is starting to wear on each other’s nerves. Each character has his or her own personality, quirks, and problems and its becoming increasingly difficult to interact with one another. Although everyone continues to try to work together, the breaking point is quickly approaching!
